Being a yoga teacher is as a great responsibility as it is a rewarding and joyful journey. When you become a yoga teacher, you take on the guidance of other people's journeys in their search for inner peace, self love, health and happiness (wellbeing and wellness). You help them rediscover themselves, recognise their limitations, build mental and physical strength to face, accept or overcome them; you help them practice letting go of what is holding them back and find their way back to themselves.
It is a blessing to have come onto this path and I am eternally grateful for this experience.
